If you wouldn’t say it to someone’s face, don’t say it behind their back.

They don’t have the opportunity for awareness and improvement if you use one’s humanness against them, attaching judgments from a limited perspective.

We are mirrors for one another. Make sure you aren’t doing the exact thing you gripe about first. Chances are- you are.

It is brave to communicate. It feels good to work together. Clear communication could lead you to greener pastures before your very eyes. Let’s do better together.
